Our Easter vacation was okay. the family atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious apartment that was accommodating for our family of four. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The apartment was not as clean as we had expected upon arrival, with dust and debris evident in some areas. the ski bus was not as frequent as we anticipated, often causing delays and requiring longer waits at the bus stop.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and funny, and they spoke English, which was great. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel is conveniently located near the swimming pool and the mountains, which were beautiful. The children loved the playground. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
Cannot find any fault.

During my trip to the mountains for Christmas, I stayed at a cozy apartment with a breathtaking view. The location was perfect, only a short distance from the ski bus station, making it easy for me to reach the ski slopes. The well-equipped kitchen was an added advantage as I was able to cook my own meals. Another highlight was the free access to the swimming pool nearby, which I found to be very clean and refreshing.
I had a pretty bad experience with the reception staff, who were unhelpful and rude. They were not accommodating and gave off an unapproachable vibe, making it difficult for me to ask for assistance throughout my stay.
